I conclude a message from the movie is,love cannot be kept apart,whether it is the love of sisters. Children in my home are big fan of tinker bell. All new fun and all new works, makes this movie very special. The kiss shared between queen and lord milori was a nice shot. Specially the climax,where it shows the original bonding of two sisters. This movie is not as good as other tinker bell movies. I am comparing it more to other animated features for children. Thus, my score may seem too high to some if they think I'm comparing it to Gone with the Wind, Casablanca, and the like. It is extremely unusual that we enjoy any sequel (x4) as much as the first, but this one surpassed the first by a mile!!! To be clear - when I rate a child's movie, I am comparing it to other animated movies / rated G - not ALL movies of ALL time. The Keeper was a very lovable 'grandpa' sort of character that added to the show and we enjoyed the back story for Queen Clarion. Meeting Tinker Bell's sister, Periwinkle, and watching them bond was fantastic. The story was funny, warm, adventurous and my personal favorite in the collection. Secret of the Wings may have been the prettiest one yet! The story held many surprises for us (we had not watched trailers or read about it, so we went in blind other than having watched the previous 3). Our family enjoys the Tinker Bell series - I think they are the most beautifully animated movies ever - visually stunning! The plots typically do not grab me that much, but I'll watch them with my girls for the visual 'eye candy' of the scenery and setting - the sparkles, the nature, the beautiful animation. Totally recommended for families and people who wants to discover something new in a classic story. Not only because of the animation or the creativity involved in every situation, but specially because the story is normally so strong, and the characters are so well defined, that a sense of emotion comes from me and my family at the end of the movie, and when any movie touches you in some way, it has achieved its goal. But the four movies of Tinker Bell are outstanding. I do frequently criticize movies that do not have strong stories.

But once in a while, with my little daughter, we decide to go to the theaters to discover the magic of animation. Good graphics and great visuals, Good story, No scary things for young children, Not too long for children to sit through, Includes famous beloved character and characters from previous movies.Ī clear 10/10. Yeah, for me and my wife the movie was pretty simplistic (don't go to see it without the kids:)) but for children it was excellent. I see its currently low ratings in IMDb and it bugs me that people are rating children movies as if they were meant for adults.
